When is Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale?
If you’re a Nordstrom cardmember you’re automatically granted early access as a special perk. Nordstrom Icons can start shopping on July 9, Nordstrom Ambassadors have access starting July 10, and Nordstrom influencers can shop starting on July 11. As for everyone else will have access to the sale from July 15 to August 4.

What are the Nordstrom Shopping Tiers?
There are three different shopping tiers that Nordstrom has for cardholders and shoppers. When you become a Nordstrom cardmember, you’re part of the Nordy Club, where you’ll receive benefits for shopping at Nordstrom. Who doesn’t love being able to treat yourself with a new pair of shoes or an item of clothing? The more you shop, the more benefits you get, which means you can treat yourself to more of your favorite designer items!
So, how exactly does being a cardmember work? It’s free to join and each tier has its own perks. With the basic member, you can enjoy perks like free basic alterations, first to shop select brands and first to shop their Clear the Rack items. With the influencer membership, extra perks like personal double points days and access to style events are available. Nordstrom Ambassadors get a ton of perks including free two-day shipping, access to invite-only events, a personal in-home stylist and more. At the highest tier, Icons have the most perks, like unlimited free alternations and reimbursement for Nordstrom credit card fees.
The more you spend, the closer you get to the highest tier. To get to influencer status, you have to spend over $500 a year, while for ambassador status, you have to spend over $5,000 a year.

Can Items Purchased During the Sale be Returned?
Yes, if your purchase doesn’t work out you can return it.
Nordstrom allows you to return items via mail or in-person at one of their store locations. Refunds can either be credited as gift cards, or returned back to the customer’s original form of payment. There isn’t a time limit of returns, however, you do need to show proof in the form of a receipt and items have to be returned in the same condition they were bought in.
