It goes without saying that Patrick Schwarzenegger’sWhite Lotus character, Saxon Ratliff, is not the most stand-up guest staying at The White Lotus: Thailand. But his fitness routine to prepare for the series was undeniably top-notch. The 31-year-old actor worked hard to get in shape for the HBO series — and trust us, it showed. So if you’re interested in getting a beach body like his, these are Patrick Schwarzenegger’s fitness must-haves.

Patrick Schwarzenegger’s Fitness Accessories

Earbuds: Schwarzenegger revealed to E! News that Apple AirPods Pro 2 were one of his packing essentials for Thailand. Along with using them to nap and relax on the airplane, they’re great for working out.

Sneakers: As an avid runner and the new face of Brooks, it’s no surprise that the Brooks Glycerine Max is Schwarzenegger’s sneaker of choice. “The shoes were fantastic for for me. I did a lot of beach runs,” he told E! News. “It was also a great way to bond with some of the other cast-mates — going to the gym, working out, or going on walks and runs.”

Smart Watch: Even when he isn’t at the gym or going for a run, hitting 10,000 steps is extremely important to Schwarzenegger and tracks his steps using the Apple Watch Series 10.

“I have an obsession with hitting 10,000 steps everyday on my Apple Watch,” he explained to E! News. “If I don’t hit it, it just crushes me. So, I just go on long walks in the airport.”

Patrick Schwarzenegger’s Pre- and Post-Workout Fuelings

Protein Bars: Protein bars are a standard for folks who enjoy working out, and Patrick Schwarzenegger’s bars of choice are Mosh Bars, which is the company he runs alongside his mom. “I had to eat pretty clean for my character,” he told The Kitchn of his snacking habits while filming in Thailand.

“So I actually brought I think a suitcase of Mosh bars.”

Meat Sticks: For a healthy snack that will help him meet his protein goal, Schwarzenegger reaches for Chomp’s Meat Sticks. “These are a lifesaver when I’m traveling or on set,” he told Well Worthy. “These are just so easy to throw in my bag when I’m running around all day.”

Supplement: Creatine supplements have become increasingly popular in the fitness community and Schwarzenegger’s go-to is Thorne Creatine. “A high-quality creatine powder or supplement is a daily must-have for me,” he explained to Well Worthy. “It’s great for building muscle and keeping my bones strong.”

Hydration Powder: During and after his workouts, Patrick Schwarzenegger hydrates with Cure Hydration Electrolyte Mix. “It’s easy to get dehydrated after long days on set, so these have been a game-changer for me,” he told Well Worthy.

“I love that they’re made with real ingredients and don’t have any added sugar — those are two big things I always look for.”
