Whenever I’m picking out a blush, I want it to be super pigmented. And when I say “pigmented,” I mean the type of bold blush that celebrities like Sabrina Carpenter and Serena Williams wear. I used it for the first time to complete my Halloween look in 2023, and I loved it so much that it’s become a permanent part of my beauty rotation.
