What is Amazon Prime Day?

The retail giant throws this annual shopping event every year (at least for the past 10 years) where they discount thousands of products. It’s kind of like Black Friday or Cyber Monday but in the middle of summer. During the sale, Prime members will be able to shop products at some of the lowest prices of the year. It’s a great time to stock up on kitchen appliances, beauty products and even splurge on some tech gadgets.

When is Amazon Prime Day 2025?

This year, Amazon Prime Day will kick off on Tuesday, July 8, and run through Friday, July 11. A departure from previous years, this four-day-long sale will give shoppers double the amount of time to scoop up the great deals. But this also means that you’ll have to keep checking back, as there will be new deals dropping every single day.

Can anyone shop Amazon Prime Day deals?

Yes, everyone can access Amazon and shop many of the Prime Day deals, but Amazon Prime members get the most bang for their buck. They’ll have access to specific member deals and also get free one- and two-day shipping. If you’re not a member, don’t worry — you can sign up for a free 30-day trial to get access to everything Prime Day has to offer. And after your 30 days are up, it’s only $14.99 per month to continue.

What will be on sale during Amazon Prime Day?

Amazon doesn’t announce the deals ahead of time, but in previous years, we’ve seen some incredible discounts across various categories. You’ll find many products are at their lowest prices of the year. It’s a great time to finally splurge on that new tech gadget you’ve been eyeing or even give your home a refresh with some new furniture. No matter what you’re looking for, Amazon will be sure to have something that will make your life better.
