Courtney Stodden Unveils Breast Reduction Results After Removing Implants

Courtney Stodden is opening up about a life-changing plastic surgery procedure.

"Introducing the new girls 🤍," Stodden, 31, captioned a Thursday, June 11, mirror selfie in which she showed off the results of her breast reduction in a lacy black lingerie set. "I got huge implants when I was barely 18. Today, at 31, I finally feel like I'm making decisions for me."

The Celebrity Big Brother alum noted that her decision to get a breast reduction "wasn't just about going smaller."

"It was about taking my body back," she continued. "I'm only about 2 weeks post-op and still healing, but already, I feel lighter. For so many years, my body felt like it belonged to everyone but me. Now it feels like mine."

Stodden concluded by thanking her surgeon, Dr. Linder, and adding, "My back is happier, my body feels like mine, and honestly … so do I 😊."

The model previously underwent a septoplasty in 2025, years after her first nose job in 2016.

"I recently underwent a septoplasty procedure to correct ongoing breathing issues I've struggled with for years," Stodden told the Daily Mail after posting a photo of her bandaged nose online. "While I was in surgery, I also opted for a very minor revision to the outside of my nose."

She continued, "This was not a dramatic cosmetic change, but more of a small refinement while addressing my health concerns. I'm feeling so much better already and grateful to finally be breathing easier."

In an Instagram post about her nose job, Stodden wrote, "I can't wait to get the cast off for the big reveal. I can breathe so much better, I literally can smell everything, so everybody better smell really good if you're around me."

Stodden later opened up to People about why she's chosen to be honest about her cosmetic procedures. (The "Pleasure" singer has also experimented with lip injections, but she stated last year that she chose to get her filler dissolved.)

"I think it's really important to not gatekeep," she shared. "So many celebrities are getting plastic surgery every day, and then they say, ‘Oh, hey, I'm drinking a lot of green juice,' and I just think it's unhealthy for people, young girls especially."

Days after revealing her latest plastic surgery, Stodden took to Instagram to share an open letter to her ex-husband, Doug Hutchison, whom she married in 2011 when she was 16 and he was 50. The pair's divorce was finalized in 2020.

"Do you feel sorry? I've wondered that for years," she wrote on Monday, June 15. "When I was 16 and you were 51, you told me I was special. The world heard it. You repeated it in interviews. You repeated it on television. You repeated it while being paid to tell our story over and over again. But if I was so special, why did you do it again? That's the question I can't stop asking."

Stodden continued, "For years, I believed what happened between us was some extraordinary love story. Now I wonder if I was simply the girl who came along at the right time. Was I special, or was I simply next? Many people can now see what I couldn't see at 16: I was a child. And you were not. The law allowed you to marry me. That doesn't make it right. It only means the system failed me. 33 states still allow child marriage in some form. That's why I'll spend the rest of my life fighting to change those laws. Do you feel sorry at all?"

Stodden is currently married to TV producer Jared Safier, whom she wed in December 2024.
