Marionettist Cano doing special Valentine’s show

Renowned artist Pablo D. Cano presents his Musical Marionettes with opera singer Maria Elena Vallejo for a special Valentine’s Day show at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 13 at The Cricket Theater, 2485 SW Fifth St., Miami. The Cuban artist’s performance space (formerly known as Red Velvet Theater) is nestled inside the small garage of a private home, and the walls are lined with his unique artwork. Cocktail hour is at 7:30 p.m. and the concert starts at 8 p.m. Suggested admission is $35 for adults and $10 for artists and students. Children under 12 enter for free. The evening’s event includes champagne and wine followed by dessert and coffee after the show. Parking is free. Guests can pay at the door with cash or check.
