The Adrienne Arsht Center has added modern dance troupe Rioult Dance NY to its December lineup. Led by husband and wife Pascal Rioult and Joyce Herring, both former lead dancers with the company of foundational early modern dance choreographer Martha Graham, the 10-member Rioult company will perform four works Dec.11-12 in the Carnival Studio Theater.

They are Views of the Fleeting World, set to J.S. Bach’s The Art of the Fugue; Wien, which uses the Viennese waltz and music by Ravel to look at a disintegrating European society between the world wars; City, also set to Bach, which looks at humanity in urban environments; and Rioult’s version of Ravel’s famous Bolero.

The 20-year-old troupe joins previously announced shows of female hiphop crew Decadancetheatre’s The Hip Hop Nutcracker, with pioneering MC Kurtis Blow, Dec. 5-6; and Miami-based Peter London Global Dance Theater Dec. 18-20, also at the Carnival.

Tickets for Rioult Dance are $45. Call 305-949-6722 or visit
