Miami Contemporary Dance Company and artistic director Ray Sullivan are bringing back Sullivan’s piece Tango Undressed for a pair of Saturday performances at the Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theatre.

Sullivan’s work, which premiered 10 years ago, is a seductive and contemporary take on tango — very unlike a traditional tango show. It contains brief nudity, and in a statement, Sullivan commented, “In dance, we find, with the nakedness and purty of movement, the embodiment of our humanity and the connected spirit that unites us all.”

The Tango Undressed performances are at 8 and 11 p.m. at the Fillmore, 1700 Washington Ave., Miami Beach. Tickets are $25 to $55 plus fees. For information, call 305-673-7300 or visit www.fillmoremb.com or www.miamicontemporarydance.net.
