Lil Nas X crashed a wedding at Disney World. He instantly became the life of the party

Lil Nas X exemplifies “black boy joy” in nearly everything he does.

Since bursting onto the scene with the hit song “Old Town Road,” the 20-year-old, gay country rapper-singer has battled genre-racism and homophobia, yet always manages to keep a smile on his face. His music, combined with his eccentric outfits and witty social media presence, has quickly made him a fan favorite.

Last weekend, he brought his black boy joy to Orlando.

Lil Nas X tweeted a 12-second video captioned “just crashed a wedding at disney world” on Saturday that showed the artist, complete in a white sweatsuit and his signature cowboy hat to match, leading a bride to the dance floor while “Old Town Road” blared in the background. The wedding guests scream in excitement as they recognize the party’s late addition.

As the camera pans to the right, one woman’s reaction is priceless.

“Oh my God!” she yells. “What the f--- is happening right now?”

The answer is simple: black boy joy was happening. Just look at Lil Nas X’s face. He’s doing what he does best: smiling.
