Eva Longoria: ‘Telenovela’ star

Eva Longoria is really immersing herself in her media mogul boyfriend Jose Antonio Baston’s culture. The actress appears on the February cover of his country’s Vogue Mexico; she tweeted on Thursday that you can’t tell that she was “freezing” during the outdoor shoot. The cold days were behind her in Miami Beach on Thursday when Longoria attended the NATPE conference at the Fontainebleau.

The 39-year-old was talking up her new NBC show, Telenovela, due out later this year. The Desperate Housewives alum stars in and produces the semi-autobiographical comedy about a telenovela star who doesn’t speak Spanish. Nope, Longoria — a native Texan who has Mexican-American parents — no habla español.
