But don’t worry, folks. The native Midwesterner can’t stay away for long. He’ll play host at the 10th anniversary gala for the Arsht Center April 21. The good news: Concert only tickets start at just $25 at arshtcenter.org.
The lineup includes a variety of world-class artists including Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, led by Miami native Robert Battle; Arturo Sandoval, Grammy, Emmy and Presidential Merit of Freedom award-winning trumpet master; Michael Feinstein, multi-platinum-selling entertainer dubbed as “The Ambassador of the Great American Songbook”; and Rachel Platten, a pop star known for her massive Billboard chart-topping hits Fight Song and Stand By You.
