Aerin Lauder’s heritage is certainly beauty (she’s the granddaughter of Estée Lauder; need we say more?), but she’s also got an incredible eye for design. Lauder was at Neiman Marcus Coral Gables Thursday morning to show off a spanking new collection of home accessories, simply called AERIN. The night before her meet and greet, the 45-year-old businesswoman visited Joe’s Stone Crab, as evidenced by her Instagram. “One of my favorite classic Miami restaurants. Stone crabs and grilled tomatoes,” read the caption.

WE ARE FAMILY

Kris Jenner is really close to her family. “Kourtney and Khloe and Rob and Kylie live about a mile away — all in the same gated community, all down the street from each other,” said Jenner, on a NATPE panel at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Wednesday, People reports. The 60-year-old went on to explain that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West and their two kids live with Jenner at her Calabasas, California, mansion due to ongoing work on their own home. “I feel like they’re never going to leave!” The mother of six added that estranged party boy, Kourtney’s ex Scott Disick, also recently bought a house nearby. Kendall — “the smart one” — is the only one who lives across town.

CLASS ACT

Local jazz singer Nicole Henry added the entertainment factor to Thursday’s grand unveiling of the 8,500-square-foot Residences by Armani/Casa’s design center in Sunny Isles Beach. Global style icon Giorgio Armani put his signature (think lots of neutrals and clean lines) all over the Cesar Pelli-designed luxury condos, due for completion in 2018. Construction started last week with an official groundbreaking slated for late February.

SUPER PRIZE

Best of luck to 1995 University of Miami graduate David Rudy, an L.A.-based talent manager who is one of three finalists in the Doritos Crash the Super Bowl competition with his commercial, #SwipeForDoritos, an amusing riff on modern dating apps with cameos by Doris Roberts (Everybody Loves Raymond), Marguerite Moreau (Wet Hot American Summer), Katherine Bailess (Hit the Floor), Shelby Steel (Powers, Shameless) and Carolyn Hennesy (Cougar Town, True Blood). It’s the 10th anniversary of the competition, and the winner will receive $1 million and shadow Hollywood director Zach Snyder (Batman v Superman) on his next film. The public can vote daily at www.swipefordoritos.com through Jan. 31. The winner will be announced at Super Bowl 50, and the ad will air during the game.
