Big night for Ciroc Vodka, Combs

Sean “Diddy” Combs and Ciroc Vodka are throwing their annual New Year’s bash on Star Island. This year’s extravaganza will feature specialty Ciroc cocktails and a “Brunch of Champions” by Dwyane Wade’s personal chef, Richard Ingraham, which will be served after the midnight ball drop.

Here’s what’s on the menu: creamy mushroom and Asiago cheese grits topped with Panko crusted white Gulf shrimp and finished with a spicy Andouille hunter-style gravy.

“Seafood pairs well with champagne, and I felt that shrimp and grits would be the ultimate dish to pair with the Midnight Kiss,” a signature cocktail of vodka, apple juice and champagne, Ingraham told us. “I love curating menus for these types of star-studded events because they are each their own unique challenge to ensure that the flavors meet and exceed my celebrity client’s preferences. With Mr. Combs, I know that Ciroc is our star for the night, and the food menu needs to complement the complexity and crispness of the liquid to make for a great party that his guests will talk about for weeks to come.”

A model party

NeSoul Model Management threw a “Return of the Male Supermodel” party Sunday at Wall where celebrants included, among others, designers Dean and Dan Caten of Dquared, models River Viiperi and Chad White and party planner Allison Melnick.

New digs

The star of the television series Judge Judy is trading her beachfront penthouse condo in Florida for a lakefront mansion nearby.

Judge Judy Sheindlin and her husband bought the condo at the Windsor at Bay Colony in Naples for $6.9 million in 2005. The 8,550-square-foot condo now is listed for $11 million. The 16th-floor penthouse includes four bedrooms, six bathrooms, two private elevators, wraparound windows and a sauna.
