Santa (Chris) Bosh makes holiday rounds
Chris Bosh and his pregnant (with twins) wife Adrienne Bosh put some smiles on kids’ faces Saturday for their sixth annual Team Tomorrow Inc. holidays bash at GameTime inside the Shops at Sunset Place. At Santa Bosh’s “workshop,” around 200 local kids not only received a bag full of loot but also got to meet the NBA All Star, who signed basketballs and gave them all high fives. “Eat your vegetables,” said Bosh, who donned a festive red cap and towered above the crowd. The children were invited from various charities including Chapman Partnership Homeless Shelter, After School All Stars and Voices for Children.
‘BALLERS’ SUIT
Ruh-roh. Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne Johnson, Ballers creator Stephen Levinson and HBO are being sued for copyright infringement by two writers who allege that producers stole the basis of the Miami-based show from an original script for a movie they called Off Season, reports Deadline.com. Everette Silas and Sherri Littleton filed suit Thursday in U.S. District Court in California. “We are confident the case has no merit,” an HBO spokesperson said Monday.
BEACH BABES
Vacation, all they ever wanted. Two lovelies were spotted this week on Miami Beach separately: actress Katie Cassidy and model Karrueche Tran. As evidenced by their fine physiques, the two women have not fallen victim to holiday overeating as of yet. It is unclear if Katie was visiting dad, David Cassidy, who lives in Fort Lauderdale, or just carousing.
