Arnold takes over for Donald

Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will try to fill Donald Trump’s shoes on The Celebrity Apprentice.

NBC announced Monday that the movie star and two-term governor is the new host of the competition show, which will return to the network for the 2016 television season.

Happy couple

Ellen Page makes it official, hitting the red carpet Sunday at the Toronto International Film Festival with her girlfriend, Samantha Thomas, according to Us Weekly.

Page, 28, brought Thomas to the premiere of her new film, Freeheld, Us Weekly reports. They were joined by Page’s costars Julianne Moore and Michael Shannon. Page came out as gay in 2014.

Here comes Ricky

Ricky Martin’s plate is full. The former Menudo star begins the U.S. leg of his One World Tour on Tuesday. But don’t worry, he’s still working as judge and executive producer of Univision’s new reality show La Banda, which aims to create a Latin boy band that can sing in English and Spanish.

“I am happy to be part of this great production. Being an executive producer is very important to me because it opens doors to a world of infinite possibilities,” the Puerto Rican star told The Associated Press. “I have loved reliving with these boys the uncertainty of one’s career beginnings.”

Martin, 43, hits Miami on Oct. 24 at the AmericanAirlines Arena.
