Steven Tyler takes it to the streets in Russia

As heard in Russia

Some lucky Russian rock fans got to see Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler sing I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing on a Moscow street Friday.

The 67-year-old Tyler was watching a street musician when the crowd asked him to perform, according to Storyful. Tyler was game and sang his band’s giant 1997 hit. No one was more surprised than the street musician, who appeared not to recognize Tyler, an eyewitness told Russia’s Life News.

Aerosmith was in Russia to play a free concert for Moscow City Day on Saturday.

IT’S A-OK

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak is giving Aaron Sorkin and Danny Boyle’s Steve Jobs, a biopic, a thumbs-up.

“I saw a rough cut, and I felt like I was actually watching Steve Jobs,” Woz told Deadline Hollywood. “I give full credit to Danny Boyle and Aaron Sorkin for getting it so right.”

This is an impressive turn-around — Wozniak wasn’t a fan of the other Jobs biopic, Jobs, starring Ashton Kutcher. This time, Michael Fassbender plays Jobs, and Woz is played by Seth Rogen.

The movie screened at the 42nd Telluride Film Festival on Saturday night and is set to open Oct. 9.

Duggar wedding

There were 400 guests at Amy Duggar’s wedding to Dillon King Sunday, but one member of her reality television clan was a glaring absence.

“This is such a positive moment in our lives,” Duggar told People magazine. Duggar is the niece of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, whose TLC show, 19 Kids and Counting, was canceled.

One of the positives probably was that scandal-scarred cousin Josh Duggar was a no-show at the nuptials in Bentonville, Arkansas, as he reportedly seeks treatment for pornography addiction.
