Christian Slater fans, the actor’s South Florida home could be yours.

The star of such big screen classics as “Heathers” and “True Romance” is unloading his Coconut Grove waterfront mansion for $3.95 million. It seems work obligations — the native New Yorker costars in the upcoming movie “Pussy Island,” among other projects — are pulling the 52-year-old away from the Sunshine State.

On his Instagram, he recently gave his followers a glimpse of the place. He is sitting on a terrace, kicking back, with the caption, “Another day of hard work.”

Slater’s loss could be your gain.

“Tucked away behind lush trees, the home has an alluring charm and is a dream for entertainers,” says an email from listing agent Liz Hogan of Compass.

Yes, the four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom, two-story pad seems ideal for parties. Or just chilling.

Surrounded by tons of greenery, adding an element of privacy, the quaint, Italian inspired home features a lots of perks: Think a rooftop terrace for amazing views, a spa-like heated pool, and a separate guest house for famous friends who pop by.

Less than a mile from the Grove’s myriad stores and restaurants, the 3,370-square-foot house also includes a fireplace, fully renovated kitchen, and en-suite marble bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub.

According to property records, Slater bought the spread for $2.21 million in 2013, the same year he married artist Brittany Lopez, who he met during a trip to Little Palm Island Resort in the Keys.

Bonus for hurricane watchers are the house’s impact windows and on-site generator. Strangely enough, no movie theater. You’ll have to hoof it to newly remodeled CocoWalk.
