Seems Kodak Black won’t be facing any consequences for his rather, um, flagrant, public display of affection.

Hockey watchers were exposed to a rather randy sight at the Florida Panthers vs. Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday night at FLA Live Arena in Sunrise.

The Pompano Beach native was filmed twerking and gyrating with a woman next to the Panthers’ executive box. Some thought these two, whose relationship is unclear, were actually having sex.

But no, things are not always as they seem, especially in Florida.

Kodak Black and his friend were clothed, and simulating sex by twerking, which isn’t against the law.

According to the Sunrise Police Department, the rapper and the woman “were just dancing very provocatively,” a spokesman told TMZ, adding no charges were forthcoming.

That’s a good thing, since the “Tunnel Vision” singer doesn’t need any more problems. Earlier this month, after completing rehab, the 24-year-old was arrested on a trespassing charge in his hometown of Pompano Beach.

According to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, the rapper, born Dieuson Octave — who legally changed his name to Bill Kapri — visited his old neighborhood complex of Golden Acres in violation of a cease and desist order. Black was soon released after posting $25 bond.

As for his latest eyebrow-raising act, the Miramar resident seems proud, posting a closeup of the action on his Instagram with the caption, “Fly lifestyle.”
