Talk about going under the radar.
Eva Mendes and her boyfriend/Place Beyond the Pines costar Ryan Gosling welcomed a baby girl on Friday, but don’t expect an announcement. It’s just not any of our business.
Us Weekly confirmed in July that Mendes, 40, and Gosling, 33, were expecting a baby together. But neither Mendes or Gosling, who were rumored to be broken up for a time, never made a formal statement nor did they drop any hints on social media. And Mendes was never actually snapped with any sort of bump. In this day and age, we haveto say this is an impressive feat.
With such genes on her side, baby Gosling is bound to be gorgeous. We’ll probably see a picture of the kid when she’s old enough to have a cellphone.

London Fashion Week reached its glitziest day Monday, with big names like Burberry and Tom Ford packing in the crowds, the supermodels and the celebrities. Actor Bradley Cooper took his seat on the front row at the U.S. designer’s London Fashion Week show, chatting with Vogue editor Anna Wintour. The Hollywood star, who is dating runway strutter Suki Waterhouse, disappeared backstage immediately after the show, and many guests did not even register his presence. What, no selfies!?
George Clooney has more going on beside wedding planning: The 53-year-old entertainer and activist will receive the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the Golden Globes Jan. 11, 2015. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced that the award is presented annually to an individual who’s made “an incredible impact on the world of entertainment.”

A CD/DVD featuring Whitney Houston’s first public performance – and one of her last in 2009– will be released Nov. 10. Whitney Houston Live: Her Greatest Performances is the late pop singer’s first live album. Her mentor, Clive Davis, said the album will showcase her legacy. “(It) shows why she is at the absolute historic top rank up there with Aretha Franklin and Barbra Streisand as the greatest singers of our lifetime.”
What is wrong with Lana Del Rey? The singer, 29, recently canceled all her appearances in Europe due to an unknown health issue. “For medical reasons independent of our will, the artist has been forced to cancel all promotional activities planned in Europe over the coming days,” Del Rey's label said in a statement to MTV UK. Earlier this year, the Young and Beautiful performer complained to lifestyle/music website The Fader that she’s been suffering with a “medical anomaly that doctors couldn't figure out,” for the last two or so years. “That's a big part of my life: I just feel really sick a lot of the time and can't figure out why.”
