Chris Brown’s new role: daddy

After news broke that Chris Brown fathered a 9-month-old baby girl with an old flame, his ex Rihanna and current gal Karrueche Tran are having very different reactions.

“Rihanna is shocked and had to read the reports four times before it finally sunk in,” a source tells HollywoodLife, adding the singer, who is rumored to be dating Leonardo DiCaprio, eventually sent her best wishes. As far as Tran is concerned, the bambino was the nail in the rocky relationship’s coffin. Wednesday morning model Tweeted “One can only take so much. The best of luck to Chris and his family.”

As far as the baby’s mother goes, Brown is not with her romantically but reportedly will help out financially. The mother has been identified by TMZ as Nia Amey, a nursing student and wannabe model in Texas.

Now that Zendaya-gate has died down, Giuliana Rancic has babies on the brain. But the E! News host, 40, reveals to In Touch that she probably won’t be able to have a second child of her own because she and husband Bill Rancic have only one frozen embryo left. She may not try surrogate, either. “Once I’m off medication at 42, it’s a long shot,” says the breast cancer survivor of getting pregnant. “But will I try? Hell, yeah!”

Hollywood’s award season ain’t over. A teenage tearjerker, a foul-mouthed coed comedy and a raucous space adventure lead the nominees for the 2015 MTV Movie Awards, airing live on April 12 from the Nokia Theatre in L.A. The Fault in Our Stars, Neighbors and Guardians of the Galaxy all have seven shots at winning a golden popcorn trophy.
