“Related to my new UM history course called ‘Beyond Trump: Mass Media and the Modern Presidency,’ I am reading Jane Mayer’s ‘Dark Money: The Hidden History of the Billionaires Behind the Rise of the Radical Right.’ Aiding my role in leading Nature Links for young adults with special abilities, I have also been reading ‘In a Different Key: The Story of Autism’ by John Donvan and Caren Zucker. Finally, I have been finishing Colin Woodward’s ‘The Lobster Coast: Rebels, Rusticators and the Struggle for a Forgotten Frontier’ on the history of Maine, a state whose beauty and simplicity attracts me a lot these days.”
