Miami-Dade Library selling books, CDs, DVDs
Black Friday and Cyber Monday may be over, but there are still bargains to be had this week. The Friends of the Miami-Dade Public Library will host its 24th annual book sale from Wednesday through Dec. 12 at the main branch, 101 W. Flagler St., downtown Miami.
The sale, which runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day in the breezeway and the auditorium, will feature books ($1 for paperbacks, $3 for hardcovers), CDs and DVDs (priced separately). All buyers get a free ticket to HistoryMiami’s “Operation Pedro Pan: The Cuban Children’s Exodus.”
