What are you reading now?

“Jim Moore’s Invisible Strings. I love the fact he writes simple, accessible language about real life in cadences that are arresting and beautifully balanced and musical. It’s free verse that’s magical in its balance and harmony. I’m also reading Gary Snyder’s Mountains and Rivers Without End. I love that book. It’s a long poem that took him about 40 years to write. I love how he roams the landscape and built a poem that is open to all sorts of thinking and language.”
