What do you recommend?

“I recently finished reading The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt, Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand and Not That Kind of Girl by Lena Dunham. I like to read the books that people are raving about to see whether or not the good reviews are hype or if the stories and writing are actually quality. I have definitely become a fan of all of these authors, each for different reasons — impeccable storytelling, evocative writing and unabashed honesty. There’s a lot to love in all of these books.”
