Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom sneak into Miami
Well, lookie who was in town.
Majorly undercover couple Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom.
On Sunday, the singer and actor kept their heads down and sunglasses firmly affixed while being snapped by paparazzi at Miami International Airport on Sunday.
Gossipers were led to believe there might be trouble in paradise in the wake of photos surfacing of The Pirates of the Caribbean star canoodling with Selena Gomez in Las Vegas.
But no, you can rest easy, folks. They are in fine shape, even posting a cute snap while at the Cannes Film Festival together. The two are sprawled out on the steps of Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, where the I Kissed A Girl singer performed.
A pal tells Us Weekly that “They’re full speed ahead. They’re so into each other.”
The reason for the visit is unclear.
IT’S A MATCH
Curious about Eva Longoria’s wedding? In her personal blog, Loren’s World, Loren Ridinger dishes out some details of the actress’ wedding to Mexican media big Jose Baston over the weekend.
The Miami-based Market America mogul, who attended the Acapulco nuptials with husband JR Ridinger, congratulated her friend in a post with a romantic picture of the newlyweds kissing.
“Eva was positively radiant and glowing from all the love and joy present in the intimate ceremony. There’s just nothing that compares to that feeling that comes with finding the joy in true love.”
WHAT’S COOKING?
Ana Quincoces has gone from Real Housewives of Miami star to The Next Food Network Star. The Coral Gables lawyer and marinade entrepreneur showed that her time on the Bravo show paid off — she was poised and camera ready. On the Sunday night premiere, Quincoces made a Cuban frita that judge Bobby Flay liked so much that he said he might steal the recipe. “That was my favorite thing I ate the entire day,” said the flame-haired celebrity chef. A new episode airs 9 p.m. Sunday.
FEELING HOT
Just in time for summer. They’re baaaackkkk: That dysfunctional Florida Keys family, the Rayburns. The Netflix original series Bloodline —starring Kyle Chandler, Ben Mendelsohn, Linda Cardellini, Sissy Spacek and Sam Shepard — returns for a second season Friday. Cardellini, for one, has said the humid weather has posed challenges.
“The heat and the water and the bugs and the things that make it so beautiful also make it difficult physically,” the Daddy’s Home star recently told The Irish Times. “That, on top of the intense drama, puts you in this place that is not your typical place to shoot a show, so you feel the weight of the humidity and you feel the weight of the scene, and you definitely feel the weight of the heavyweight actors, and it informs everything. The geography informs the intensity of the drama.”
