Survival Horror No One Returns Reveals Playable Demo
The playable demo for the 3D survival horror game No One Returns is officially able to enjoy on Steam. Released on May 29, developer Groovy Zebra Studio gives players the chance to experience the game's unsettling atmosphere before launch.
Unlike other survival horror titles set in ruined or post-apocalyptic worlds, No One Returns takes place in a pretty average city. You take on the role of Denis, who needs to uncover the mystery behind the disappearance of his family.

The gameplay is in third-person and focuses heavily on tension and atmosphere by using realistic environments and building dread through empty streets, silence, and uncertainty. You'll still encounter enemies, and the responsive combat will be responsible for providing precise and fluid movements throughout.
Groovy Zebra Studio designed the demo to be for both the average player and content creators to enjoy with their audience. Right now, the demo is available to download and enjoy on Steam.
The release date for No One Returns has still not been made available as of yet, but it is expected to launch sometime in the fourth quarter of 2026.
