Rihanna just stepped out at Design Miami. See the pop star’s eyebrow-raising outfit

Rihanna, as always, turned heads on Saturday in Miami Beach with her daring fashion choices.

The pop star, who is known for pushing the fashion envelope, has stepped out in everything from a Pope inspired outfit and full length tutu to a crystal encrusted see-through gown and dress completely embellished with white flowers.

So imagine our surprise when the Barbadian native channeled a ‘90s grunge rocker while out and about with her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky.

The parents of two were photographed at Design Miami tent near the Miami Beach convention center checking out the goods, which included furniture from A$AP’s interior design studio called Hommemade. The “Riot” rapper debuted his collection at the same event in 2022.

Ri-Ri’s eyebrow-raising ensemble for the occasion? A gossamer MM6 Maison Margiela minidress with cutouts paired with black, ripped stockings and a faux fur vest that had Courtney Love written all over it.

The Grammy winner opted not to do a costume change while going out to eat later at fancy Italian clubstaurant Carbone. But of course she can literally do whatever she wants.

The question remains: Is Rihanna bringing back tattered tights with giant holes in them? Because as any woman from Miami knows, we don’t wear those here, even on chilly evenings.

At least Vogue magazine approves, and that’s more than legit enough for us.

In a followup article regarding her questionable get-up, called “Everyone Should Be Destroying Their Tights Like Rihanna This Season,” writer Daniel Rodgers says the tights were deliberately torn by Balenciaga and will set you back a cool $1,490.

Rodgers suggests if you want to mimic the music star’s look for less, just rummage through your sock drawer and find a pair of scissors.
