Who was at the Formula One Miami Grand Prix on Sunday? The better question is: Who wasn’t?
The list of attendees sounded like the guest list at the Oscars or Met Gala, not trackside at the Miami International Autodrome at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.
One of the biggest surprises of the day: Tom Cruise. The action hero, 60, still looks as youthful he did in the days he was racing cars in “Days of Thunder” (shocker alert: it came out in 1990), looking oh, so casual cool in sunglasses, a white polo shirt and jeans.
The “Mission: Impossible” legend was apparently in a sociable mood, waving to the awestruck crowd and mingling with fellow famous folks like “Fast & Furious” stars Ludacris and Vin Diesel.
At one point gossipy tongues were sent wagging when Cruise was seen chatting on a balcony with Colombian pop queen Shakira, who recently moved to the Miami area from Barcelona with her two kids.
Hmmm. Unlikely couple alert? We are here for all of it.
A bunch of A-listers were spotted trackside, almost too many to mention, but we’ll try.
Among the local usual suspects were DJ Khaled (who was also spotted at the Miami Heat game Saturday); Gloria and Emilio Estefan; Serena and Venus Williams; Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, whose brother Joshua was also there with his supermodel wife Karlie Kloss, who is reportedly pregnant.
Hospitality guru David Grutman posed with basically everyone: tennis icon Roger Federer, electronica DJ Martin Garrix, reggaeton sensation Rauw Alejandro, all three Jonas Brothers (Joe lives in the area with his actress wife Sophie Turner).
