Paul McCartney is taking his tour to South Florida. The guitar hotel is waiting for him
Beatles fans, prepare to be thrilled.
Legendary singer Paul McCartney is bringing his Got Back Tour to Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Feb. 25 at MyHRL.com for the May 25 show.
A selfie with the so-called Cute Beatle is likely not in the offing, but you’ll be able to see the 79-year-old in an up close and personal way. Anyone familiar with this venue will know that Hard Rock Live is a far cry from a massive stadium — more of a concert hall that seats 7,000.
To give you some idea: McCartney’s last outing in South Florida was playing to a packed show at AmericanAirlines Arena during his One On One Tour in 2017. Now FTX Arena, the downtown venue seats over 20,000 people.
During the May concert, expect dozens of songs from McCartney’s solo, Wings and (naturally) Beatles catalogs that have formed the soundtracks of our lives.
Sing along to such classics in the Liverpudlian’s amazing six-decade run as “Maybe I’m Amazed,” “Hey Jude,” “Live and Let Die,” “Band on the Run,” “Let It Be” and more.
To celebrate, the rock icon making his upcoming debut at the Guitar Hotel, the 450-foot high façade will feature a special presentation highlighting his beyond awesome career at 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Friday.
Among the 14 stops on the Got Back tour, McCartney will also hit Camping World Stadium in Orlando on May 28.
