It may be time to dust off your old boots.

KISS Country 99.9 announced its 34th Annual Chili CookOff lineup Monday and there’s a bit of nostalgia in the lineup.

That’s because the headliner is Brooks & Dunn. The popular country duo known for hits including Boot Scootin’ Boogie and My Maria — who split in 2010 and eventually got back together — last performed at the festival in 1996.

“I am so excited about this,” said morning radio DJ TC on Facebook Live after the early-morning announcement as he cycled through the band’s 26 No. 1 hits.

The all-day festival will be held Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019, at C.B. Smith Park in Pembroke Pines.

Other performers include Luke Combs, LoCash, Rodney Atkins and Tyler Rich.

In all, there will be 10 acts. The station also announced Monday that for the first time there will be two stages.

Tickets for the CookOff will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. Listeners are being urged to join the station’s Kiss Country Club for access to the station’s pre-sale tickets.
