Hmmm. Inquiring minds want to know.
Why is Melania Trump in Florida while her husband is across the world in Switzerland in Davos for the World Economic Forum?
Being that this is their anniversary weekend and all.
Be that as it may, on Tuesday, the day after the couple’s 13th wedding anniversary, the first lady’s chief of staff announced Melania would not be making the trip to the economic summit in Switzerland because of scheduling and logistical issues.

What was on her schedule? A visit to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C., ahead of International Holocaust Remembrance Day on Saturday.
“My thoughts and prayers are with the people whose lives and families were broken by the horrors of the Holocaust,” the first lady said in a statement. “My heart is with you, and we remember.”
FLOTUS is now in Palm Beach, according to widespread media reports.
The Trumps’ luxury property Mar-a-Lago is lovely this time of year. Most of Friday was in the 70s. In Davos, it’s two degrees above freezing and snow is on the ground.
So we kind of get it.
But many are speculating the ex Slovenian model’s last minute change of plans had to do with the Stormy Daniels alleged affair and hush money scandal.
Historian Kate Andersen Brower told CNN that she thinks Melania was sending a message.
“It’s kind of a bit of power that the first lady can wield over her husband. And we haven’t had a relationship this fraught since, I think, the Clintons, even going back and looking at someone like Eleanor Roosevelt or Jackie Kennedy, where there were lots of rumors surrounding their relationship.”
Earlier this month, reports emerged about allegations by adult film star Daniels that she had an affair with Trump in the summer of 2006, while their son Barron was a newborn and the Trumps were newlyweds.
