She spent a few hundred pennies and wound up with $2.3 million

Her pennies went far Tuesday night.

A woman playing a single $3 spin on a penny slot machine called the Hot Spot at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood won a $2.3 million jackpot, Local 10 News reported.

Casino officials said the woman, who did not want to be identified, is a regular.

She apparently called friends and family to tell them of her great fortune but they didn’t believe her.

“It almost made her doubt herself,” said LuAnn Fetcho, the casino’s vice president of marketing.

So what’s her first purchase going to be? An iPad, added officials. She also needs to pay off some debt.
