Train travel is a hot topic on social media right now. The hashtags #TrainTravel and #Interrail have more than 165 million views and nearly 300 million views on TikTok, respectively, according to Travel Noire, and it makes sense as to why. Whether it be a short expedition or cross-country journey, train travel can be a great way to experience the picturesque beauty of a country’s landscape.

Luggage company Radical Storage has announced an exciting opportunity for avid train travelers and novices, alike. The company is in search of its next Night Train Tester in Europe.

As part of the job, the tester will earn a one-month Interrail pass, granting them the ability to traverse Europe’s rich landscapes over the course of seven journeys. The tester will also be reimbursed for up to five different night trains across Europe, receive one month’s supply of luggage storage across various locations in Europe, and will receive compensation of £500 (or other currencies’ equivalent).

The chosen Night Train Tester will be responsible for numerous tasks, notes Travel Noire, such as boarding five different night trains of their choosing and documenting their travels via photos and videos. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for writing a detailed blog post discussing their experience riding the night train. The post will need to focus on the overall travel experience, onboard facilities, the train crew, as well as the luggage storage service, Radical Storage Angels.

Applicants need to be at least 18 years old to apply. They also need to be capable of traveling within the EU and other European countries in 2023, have valid travel documents, insurance and identification. For more information or to apply, visit Radical Storage’s website.
