Serena Williams enjoys family vacation in Europe while awaiting baby number two

Serena Williams is celebrating her second bundle of joy with a family vacation across Europe.
The growing family has been documenting their trip on social media. The 41-year-old tennis star, her husband Alexis Ohanian and their daughter Olympia have seen the sights in Italy, Paris and everywhere in between. Williams caught the May 26 Renaissance World Tour show at the Stade de France in Paris, France and shared images of her and her daughter frolicing around in Paris in front of the Eiffel Tower.
A couple of days later, she struck a pose in a form-fitting black gown among a backdrop of a beautiful seating area covered in white flowers. Showing off her baby bump, Williams hashtagged the image #Italy #vacation.
Her husband took over the camera this week, with the first picture being a creative mirror selfie as mom and dad were seated enjoying dinner. The tech giant captioned the photo. ”OOO: Took the fam on Babymoon 2. She asked for a selfie so I took advantage of the mirror.”
The family vacation continued with a trip to the Uffizi Art Gallery in Florence, Italy. Ohanian shared some moments as the family explored the museum halls on a private tour. He shared that it was also a moment of nostalgia for him.
“She said she wanted to see some art, so...
(Grazie, Uffizi, for letting me book an after hours private tour of some amazing works... Michaelangelo... Da Vinci... Botticelli... Caravaggio. We all left inspired. Last time I visited was 20 years ago as a broke college student among 1,000s of visitors—this was a surreal night).”
While mom and dad captured great memories of the last trip before the arrival of baby number two, the best tour guide was Olympia. The big-sister-to be snapped some shots while in Paris visiting the Louvre Pyramid and a famous carousel in the middle of the City of Lights.
The couple announced they were welcoming baby number two at the Met Gala this year. Williams has been open about her postpartum issues after her first pregnancy. Choosing to expand her family is what prompted her retirement.
