Video Surfaces Of Knicks Fans Harassing Victor Wembanyama At Hotel

San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama will want to quickly forget what happened on June 10, 2026.

Despite facing a 29-point deficit at home, the Knicks picked themselves up off the mat and started chipping away at the Spurs' lead. Before you know it, OG Anunoby tipped in a miss from Jalen Brunson to give the Knicks a 107-106 lead with 1.2 seconds remaining. The Spurs had a chance to win the game and silence the crowd at Madison Square Garden, but their plans were thwarted by Karl-Anthony Towns.

"Coming from 29 down or 27 down, whatever it is, it gives you the confidence to know that, OK, hey, we are never out of a game," Knicks coach Mike Brown said. "And if we're down again, which you hope you don't get down that much, let's just keep fighting. Let's keep doing what we're doing. But maybe try to do a little better. Make an adjustment here. Make an adjustment there and see what happens."

Wembanyama had 24 points and 13 rebounds in Game 4, but he only went 9-of-25 from the field and missed two crucial free throws in the fourth quarter. To make matters worse, he had to go back to his hotel room with egg on his head.

Unfortunately, we're not kidding.

As Wembanyama was walking back to his hotel on Wednesday night, a Knicks fan chucked what appeared to be an egg at the All-Star's head.

Wembanyama was understandably annoyed by this situation.

Bad look for Knicks fans.

After seeing the way some Knicks fans treated Wembanyama, there are people in the basketball world hoping they blow a 3-1 series lead.

"If any teams fan base in the history of the NBA deserves the heartbreak of 3-1 series collapse it's the Knicks," one person replied.

"Disgusting, I hate this. Lifelong Knicks fan here, this is ugly. Absolutely no reason for this," another person said. "[Expletives] giving New Yorkers a bad name. I don't like Wemby, but he didn't deserve that."

"Police gotta set a wider perimeter and not let fans get that close cause clearly these guys don't know how to act," a social media user wrote.

The NBA Finals will resume on Saturday when the Knicks and Spurs square off in San Antonio. Tipoff is set for 8:30 p.m. ET.
