Devastating sarcasm

I certainly hope that world leaders, especially the ones with nuclear weapons, understand Donald Trump’s threatening sarcasm; otherwise some world leader, say the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-il, might misunderstand and obliterate San Francisco.

President Trump’s response would be, “Doesn’t he get sarcasm?”
