Great street art

I disagree with the letter writers who have criticized the sculptures in the Segovia Street traffic circles in Coral Gables. The big flowers are delightful, a sunny update to the Coral Gables aesthetic. I have especially enjoyed the water vapors coming from the flower stamens on the few days that they have been turned on. They are soothing in the middle of a scorching summer afternoon and have made me smile each time I’ve driven by. Given the horror of driving in South Florida, that is saying something.
