On Tuesday, the Coral Gables community met to preview renderings of the soon-to-be-built Biltmore Parc, a boutique condominium project slated to launch in December 2016.

The luxury five-story complex on 718 Valencia Ave. will break ground in June. The 32 units are on sale from $950,000 to $1,650,000, each ranging from 1,742 square feet to 2,545 square feet.

The pet-friendly, Mediterranean-modern property is about a mile from the Biltmore Hotel and blocks from Miracle Mile.

The condos will feature a full-time concierge, two parking spaces per unit and will range from two to three bedrooms. Private elevators will open into the units, which will have 10-foot-high ceilings and their own laundry rooms.

The project was designed by Alirio Torrealba and Bellin & Pratt Architects.
