Police to crack down on impaired drivers this weekend

Miami-Dade police released Thursday what could be called a hint and a half for those indulging and driving this weekend.

County cops say they’ll be “conducting high visibility enforcement of impaired drivers” from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday and 9 p.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Sunday.

U.S. 1 from Southwest 120th to 152nd streets will see “saturation assignments.”
