Florida legislative committee revives bill to legalize all marijuana strains for terminally ill

Full-strength marijuana would be available to certain terminally ill patients

Expansion goes beyond non-euphoric strains now allowed for patients with epilepsy and cancer

Provision to expand number of growers from five to 20 was removed
