Miami Police: Man broke into parked cars near Coral Gables, then used a stolen credit card at nearby gas station
Miami Police on Thursday released surveillance pictures of a man who detectives say broke into two cars parked in a Miami neighborhood just east of Coral Gables and then used a stolen credit card at a nearby gas station.
According to police, sometime around midnight Aug. 14, a man ransacked two cars parked alongside the 3100-3200 block of Southwest 22 Street.
Then at about 6:30 a.m., the man went on a “shopping spree,” according to police, at a nearby gas station using a stolen credit card.
Detectives say the man is in his late 20s, approximately 6-1, weighs about 130 to 140 pounds and was last seen wearing a black and red cap, black long sleeves and blue pants.
