Florida is one of just 15 states where same-sex couples still can’t marry
When the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday refused to block gay marriage in South Carolina, the state became the 35th in the nation where same-sex marriage is now legal.
That leaves 15 states where gay couples can’t wed, according to Freedom to Marry, which has posted a telling graphic on Facebook.
Florida is one of five states with pro-marriage court rulings that are being challenged by state governments.
