Weather alert: Fog advisory issued for South Florida

A fog advisory was issued Tuesday morning for South Florida.

The National Weather Service warns of “patchy fog” through 9 a.m.

Visibility ranges from two to four miles, and may be down to a half a mile along Biscayne Bay.

The fog advisory covers coastal Miami-Dade and Broward counties, including Miami, Miami Lakes, Miami Gardens, Doral, Hialeah, Kendall, Miami Beach, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood.
