Cambridge Innovation Center makes big bet on Miami tech

The well-known center for startups will be housed at the UM Life Science & Technology Park

CIC Miami plans to open in the fall of 2016, although some parts may open in the spring

The news is part of a much larger wave of developments, as Miami seeks to build a tech hub
