ALDI, a discount grocer, is opening its second Hialeah store, at 7800 W. 33rd Ave., on July 10.

The opening marks the German brand’s 15th location in South Florida. ALDI will also open an additional location in Florida City at the end of July. ALDI opened its first store in Hialeah in late February at 1460 W. 49th St.

To celebrate the opening of the new Hialeah store, ALDI will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8:45 a.m. on July 10, which is open to the public. Guests can enter an on-site sweepstakes for a chance to win ALDI gift certificates.

ALDI has its own exclusive brands that it says can save customers up to 50 percent compared to national brands. The company has nearly 1,300 stores in 32 states nationwide.
