Kevin Durant selling downtown Miami condo for $3.45 million
Basketball star Kevin Durant has put his downtown Miami condo on the market for $3.45 million.
The nearly 3,800 square-foot condo at 900 Biscayne Boulevard has three bedrooms and four full bathrooms, according to a listing posted on the website of One Sotheby’s International Realty.
A corporation associated with Durant — who plays for the Oklahoma City Thunder — paid $1.825 million for the bay-view penthouse in 2011, according to county property records.
The All-Star forward hits free agency in 2016. He recently had season-ending foot surgery.
Ben Moss of One Sotheby’s holds the listing but declined to comment.
Moss is also handling the sale of a nine-bedroom mansion in Broward County that belongs to former NFL cornerback Asante Samuel. That property, at 5300 Ascot Terrace in Southwest Ranches, is listed at $9.5 million.
