Wynwood Arcade begins leasing space
Wynwood Arcade, a planned 20,000-square-foot retail and restaurant complex at 74 NW 24th St. , began leasing space Monday.
The project will be located next to Panther Coffee, a local landmark in a neighborhood known for its hipster vibe and colorful public art.
“When we decided to come to Miami, Wynwood was our first choice,” said Jonathon Yormak of East End Capital, a New York-based firm that is developing the project. “For us, Wynwood is that perfect mix of art, design and retail. We foresee great changes and excited to be at the forefront of it.”
The price per square foot is $50. The building started construction last week and is expected to be finished by the third quarter of this year.
The Miami brokerage Metro 1 will lease space out to tenants.
