Gossip Extra reported last week that Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill had his starter house at the Portside Yacht Club in Fort Lauderdale on the market for nearly twice what he paid for it when he was drafted in 2012. Well, Broward County property records show Tannehill and wife Lauren have already sold it for the asking price of $1.32 million.
The QB and pregnant wife Lauren listed their starter home on the Intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale for sale a month ago.
Records show they bought the three-story townhouse and boat slip at the fancy Portside Yacht Club soon after he was drafted for $785,000.
The area’s first football couple just moved into a new crib in the city’s Colee Hammock area they bought for $4.3 million.
In other football news, super NFL player agent Drew Rosenhaus is suing a former client, troubled ex-Washington Redskins tight end Fred Davis. Rosenhaus asserts in his Miami-Dade County circuit court filing that Davis owes him nearly $200,000 in loans and representation fees. Davis made a big deal out of hiring Rosenhaus in 2009. But things haven’t gone well for the speedy Davis. He spent the 2014 season on drug suspension and 2015 on the New England Patriots’ bench.
