Miami gas prices almost 20 cents lower than 2015
The new work year is starting right — at least when it comes to gas prices.
The average retail price in Miami has fallen 1.9 cents per gallon in the past week, reports GasBuddy.com, based on a survey of 1,690 gas stations. Sunday, the average was $2.10 for a gallon of regular.
That puts prices at 19.9 cents per gallon less than on this day in 2015.
The drop is slightly greater than the national average, which has fallen .5 cents per gallon in the past week to $1.99 per gallon, according to the website.
