Hip-hop star Lil Jon and reggaeton star Don Omar will be a part of entertainment festivities for the upcoming All-Star Game Week in Miami, Major League Baseball announced Wednesday morn ing.

Lil Jon will top the marquee for MLB’s first-ever “Electric Run,” a 5K footrace, performing for participants in downtown Miami at the conclusion of the run on Saturday night, July 8. The run is scheduled to begin and end in Bayfront Park startring at 8 p.m., with Lil Jon’s estimated to take the stage at about 9:45 p.m. Fans who wish to participate in the Electric Run and attend Lil Jon’s DJ set (total cost is $34.99) must register at allstargame.com/run.

Don Omar will perform during the inaugural MLB All-Star Zumba experience on Sunday, July 9, an event led by Beto Perez, who started Zumba. “El Rey” is scheduled to provide a portion of the soundtrack for participants in the 90-minute class. In addition to Don Omar, DJs and on-air personalities from Y100 and TU 94.9 will also be on hand. The event is to begin at 9:30 a.m. at Bayfront Park.
